From working large fields for upland birds to crashing into the water feet first after a downed honker "Monte" doesn't hesitate. This dog has drive and spending time in the field are something he enjoys as much as his owner.

One of the youngest retrievers in the Game Hogg's kennel and the only Chesapeake, Moxie was born in the late winter of 2006. Her name fits her well, as her drive defines the term. She ran NAHRA field tests in the summer of 2007 earning her Started title. She then shared time with several other retrievers in the '07-'08 season recording over 100 retrieves in her first full season.

A spirited and talented young dog, Gauge has shown his abilities early on from retrieving wood ducks in swamps, flooded cornfield mallards and a few geese throughout his first year of retrieving. Erik is currently working with him daily and will be entering him in HRC field tests throughout their time together.

Coot is quick to learn and a pleasure to have in the duck blind. Born March 30, 2006 Coot started her first duck season at 6 months of age and finished with 86 retrieves. She will be training hard all summer to refine her skills for her first full season.

Ice is the youngest of Frank's clan and is currently splitting time between field trials and gun dog duties. She is also the fastest retriever of the fleet and is a great ball of energy in the field and at the trials.

Zin is the go to dog for the Game Hogg's in NY. She is a former field trial retriever, turned gun dog, and she brings years of experience to the blind. From honkers to quakers, this dog will get the job done.

Raven is the "old timer" amongst the Hogg Doggs. She no longer gets out in to the field much, but when she does she is a pleasure to have around. Experience goes along way when training a new pup, and this dog is a seasoned vet.
